We are 3 ladies, Ruth, Lorna and Sue, who aim to provide workshops in a range of popular quilting techniques for all abilities, especially for less experienced quilters .
We can offer you high quality tuition, lots of individual attention, a good giggle and home-baked cakes—what more could you ask for?
Our workshops are held every month, each covering a different quilting technique, with completed examples for you to see, handle and copy.
Workshops run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at East Whitby School, Whitby.
 Judith's Fabrics, Whitby Most workshops involve some machine sewing and we have two machines available for your use if you don’t have your own. Please let us know in advance when you book if you need to use our machines.
On the other hand, what if you don't fancy one of the workshops but want somewhere to escape to for the day to indulge your sewing habit? We'll be happy to have you along on any workshop day to do your own thing. A reduced workshop fee will apply and you still get the home made cake! How fantastic is that? Give us a ring and we'll save you a seat.

Would your quilt group like us to come to your venue and run one of our workshops there? Not a problem - we like a trip out! If you are fairly local to us, we'll load up the cars and come to you. Talk to Lorna and she'll let you know how much it will cost and when we are available.
